To mark International Women's Day 2022 we are celebrating some of the amazing women that help to power performance excellence across the e2e network.

 
 

Claire Greenall - e2e Total Loss

Client Service Manager

Claire manages the client services and engineering team at e2e and oversees all areas of service delivery to clients. That includes processing total loss instructions and vehicle clearances, auction management, engineering inspections, V5 document and key management and salvage payments. Claire has an overview of the e2e process from start to finish and skillfully manages her teams to remove friction and add value throughout and at every client and policyholder touch point. And amazingly she makes it look effortless.

 

Gail Swain - Pic Up Spares

Admin and Logistics Clerk

Gail ensures the logistics side of the business is always running smoothly and keeps our drivers on their toes.

 

Jo Horsnell - DLH Auto recyclers

Finance Director

Jo's position is very important to the business as she ensures all staff are paid for the great work they do and our suppliers are paid on time. She also makes sure our customers are looked after, to encourage them to pay the company on time too! The role of Finance Director is one of many tasks within the company that Jo undertakes, she is also responsible for the company Health & Safety procedures.



 
 

Michelle Irving - Brentwood Auto Spares

Office Manager

Michelle has been employed with Brentwood’s since 2017 and quickly became office manager through her hard work and organisation. Michelle changed and improved all office procedures and brought the whole company’s performance to a much higher standard.

 
 

Sarah Allan - Overtons Garage

Sales Manager

Sarah has 20 years’ experience within Overton Garage and her vast knowledge of all aspects of the business and industry is pivotal to our success. Sarah believes that being a Mum to a lively 4-year-old has helped get her to where she is today. The ability to multi-task, deal with a wide range of personalities and generally juggle whatever challenges work and life in general throws her way. Sarah is the go-to person at Overton Garage and is a prime example of the many women out there building successful careers alongside raising a family.

 
 

Kirsty Forder - Silverlake Automotive Recycling

Shipping Manager

Kirsty transformed the shipping department when she became manager. Responsible for the delivery of our recycled green parts nationwide, via our own fleet, she improved fleet efficiency, supporting our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and protect the environment. All KPIs set by eBay to deliver parts to promise are consistently met by the shipping team. An excellent people manager, Kirsty redesigned departmental processes, to include the packaging of parts to maintain their quality and condition in transit, as well as meeting company targets for reduction in cost and waste.

 
 

Donna Worrell-Soper - Charles Trent Ltd

Senior Administrator

Donna is a general administrator for the site, managing a lot of booking cars into and out of site and helping customers when they come to collect their cars. She’s very solutions-focused and ensures what needs to get done, gets done. Donna has a common-sense approach to every task and offers a friendly welcome to everyone she meets, which makes her fantastic as a customer-facing member of the team. She is very knowledgeable about all things Charles Trent Ltd and it is impossible to think of the business without Donna.

 
 

Sara Harris - e2e Total Loss

Compliance Assistant

Sara supports e2e with all aspects of compliance by working closely with colleagues and our member network at all levels to establish, co-ordinate and implement a high standard of policies and procedures; safeguarding e2e and supporting business improvement. She also assists with internal and external audits to maintain e2e’s certification to ISO9001 and 27001. Sara has a strong communication channel with our members helping to maintain quality standards and service performance. She makes sure GDPR and information security are at the top of everyone’s agenda, within head office and across the network.

 
 

Elsa Tangeman - Hills Salvage

Auction Manager

Elsa over sees the smooth running of Hills’ auction which has over 350+ vehicles per week. Elsa has worked with the company for over 10 years and has been in the vehicle industry for over 40 years.

 
 

Julie Mitchell - Auto Spares

Financial Controller

Julie is one of the directors for the business, overseeing all waste management and making sure the business is smooth running from the environmental perspective. Julie also takes care of all aspects of administration, HR, accounts, health & safety and compliance.
