Network capability

The Power of a Member Network

Our UK network of independent salvage and automotive recyclers provides e2e clients with a market leading, sustainable, nationwide solution for vehicle salvage, disposal and reclaimed parts.

Our network model, underpinned by consistent, quality service standards, gives our clients guaranteed business continuity.  We offer the flexibility, agility and capacity benefits of a multi-supplier approach, minus the additional management overheads.  Economies of scale and centralised, efficient processes mean we offer commercially attractive solutions that can be tailored to client needs.

Powered by the latest technology and member data, our intelligent capacity management process means we can flex and scale our services to support clients’ current and future business needs and respond rapidly in the event of regional weather-related surges.  Our brand new, state-of-the-art auction platform, the most modern and up-to-date in the UK, launched in November 2022 is used by members to deliver strong salvage returns.

Our members are committed to delivering excellence differently, combining their entrepreneurship, and expertise to innovate collectively and bring new solutions to the market, addressing challenges and unlocking new commercial opportunities.  Continuous improvement is championed by every member, within their own organisations and as a network, and a focus on service excellence is applied with absolute rigor.  Our members are immensely proud that the e2e network is the only organisation in the industry to hold the BSI Customer Service Kitemark.

Standards

e2e network members operate to terms and conditions as laid down within a  membership  agreement, minimum standards protocol and a service level agreement (SLA) framework.  Network performance is monitored on an individual member basis so that optimum delivery is achieved.

Head office is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliant with many of the members either having attained this or currently working towards it.

All sites are fully compliant in terms of licences, and registrations according to county council and central government rules and regulations.
