Images are taken at point of collection and made available within 24 working hours.

 
 

These are received from either our members or a dedicated Recovery Agent to a high quality and resolution which enables desk-top engineering. The images are uploaded onto the e2e portal for easy client access.

Four steps

  • Member/Recovery Agent arrives at vehicle and takes images

  • Images uploaded using PDA

  • Images available for review, email notification sent to the client

  • Engineer report completed
